1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Teefunkies (operated by Aadya's Creation), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Custom Orders

All products are made to order. Once production begins after design approval, orders cannot be cancelled. Ensure all details are correct before approving your design proof.

3. Design Approval

We send a digital design proof before production. Production begins only after your explicit written approval via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for errors approved in the proof.

4. Photo Quality

Final print quality depends on the resolution of photos provided. We recommend minimum 300 DPI images. We will notify you if your image quality may affect print results.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be confirmed before production begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to use all images and content submitted for customization. Teefunkies is not liable for copyright violations arising from customer-submitted content.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
