Cancellation Policy

Before Design Approval

You may cancel your order any time before you have approved the design proof. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 9665142257) immediately with your order details. Any advance payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

After Design Approval

Once you have approved the digital design proof and production has started, cancellation is not possible. All our products are custom-made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Bulk / Corporate Orders

Bulk orders can be cancelled before design approval. After the design is approved and production begins, a cancellation charge of 30–50% of the order value may apply depending on the production stage.
